Conditions Warranty
Our Automotive Security and tinting films are covered by a 2 years
installation warranty and 5 years manufacturers warranty except
Clearshield paintwork films which have a 1 years installation warranty
and 5 years manufacturers warranty.
Architectural and Residential films are all covered by a 5 years
installation and 10 years manufacturers warranty unless stated. After
installation has taken place, an installation and manufacturers
certificate will be issued for you to keep for your records.
For any of our Security, Safety and Miscellaneous products purchased
from our online shop, these will be covered by a 1 years
guarantee unless specified and will start from the date of invoice.

YOU THAT DESPITE OUR SECURITY FILMS BEING OF THE SECURITY NATURE,
THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD ON THE BASIS THAT IT IS TO TRY TO PREVENT
THEFT, NOT STOP IT. IF A THIEF IS DETERMINED ENOUGH, HE OR SHE WILL
PENETRATE THE FILM IN TIME AND GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY/VEHICLE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS SMASHGARD
SECURITY SOLUTIONS LIABLE FOR
THEFT/ DAMAGE/ OR INJURY FROM ANY PERSONS WISHING TO SEEK LEGAL
ADVICE IN THE EVENT OF ANY OF THE ABOVE.

DESIGNED TO PROTECT AGAINST VANDALISM OR LARGE ITEMS DAMAGING THE
PAINTWORK COVERED BY THE FILM, SMASHGARD
SECURITY SOLUTIONS ARE NOT
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS MADE AGAINST THEM WITH REGARDS TO VANDALISM OR
DAMAGE TO ANY PART COVERED BY CLEARSHIELD PROTECTION FILMS.
