tinted. A tinted film can lock the broken glass into the framework in
the event of an accident, protecting those inside from glass fragments
flying into the vehicle and causing injury. (We recommend our thicker
safety films for maximum protection).
Ultraviolet rays from the sun will also be blocked by 99%, reducing
fading of fabric and leather upholstery.

We also offer a vehicle collection / drop off facility saving you on
having to book a day off work (this depends on your location, please
call us to find out if this facility is available to you). We have a
full motor trader’s insurance policy that entitles us to drive any
vehicle that you have and all certificates can be produced on collection

We carry out our window tinting throughout Northamptonshire including
Daventry, Northampton, Brackley, Towcester, Silverstone, Wellingborough,

Did you know?
Despite being legal to have a tinted film to the rear glass
of your vehicle, having a tinted film installed to the
drivers and passengers front windows will invalidate your
insurance! We contacted 10 of the biggest insurance
companies in the UK and found that not one of them will
insure you if you tell them the front windows have been
tinted. If you don’t tell them, in the event of an accident
not caused by you, if it is found that a tint has been
installed they will not pay out and your vehicle will be
worth scrap value only.
It is illegal to have any form of tint on these windows -
even a very light smoke as the law states that the VLT
(Visual Light Transmission) on these windows must not fall
below 70%. The VLT on most modern cars is between 71% & 80%
so even the lightest tint will drop the VLT on these windows
below the legal limit. A routine stop by the police could
result in 3 penalty points and a £60 fine if a tint is found
on these windows. With all traffic police now carrying Tint
Meters to ensure this law is maintained, why take the risk! |
